Information in the vehicle – dynamic and comprehensive
Our VICOS-LIO ITCS system provides the ideal platform for dynamic passenger information, irrespective of current location. The IBISplus onboard computer controls all information media in the vehicle:
- The electro-acoustic system for announcements
- Interior and exterior displays
- Multi-functional displays
IBIS-MFD – The basis for professional infotainment
The brand new multi-functional display, IBIS-MFD, firstly allows the comprehensive communication of operational information, including next stop announcements, secured transfers and plans of the stop areas. Furthermore, IBIS-MFD opens a wealth of possibilities for the representation of non-operational information – it would be possible for example to advertise the menus on offer at local restaurants in the vicinity of the next stops on route. The IBIS-MFD is of course capable of colour and animated displays.
